I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday and, although I received an email letting me know that they were delivered, they were not ever dropped off (the recipient was home all day). I have been trying to call and email Anderson's Flowers for three days now to figure out what happened and get a refund but I have yet to receive an answer or a response to my many messages. We are VERY frustrated with the lack of customer service and feel like we have been ripped off.
