The staff at Anderson Flowers (I’m sorry, but I didn’t get the gentleman’s name) was AMAZING. I placed my order online, before store hours, for the same day delivery. I called when the store opened and explained that I needed an ETA for my mom’s birthday flowers because she was unable to get to the door. The staff member asked where I was and what time I needed the flowers. He said, “I’ll be there by 10:30am”.... my doorbell rang at 10:27am!!!
